很久没有写关于自己的事啦。。

我上班啦~已经当上班族一个多月了~
很多人都还在问我：“你书读得怎么样啦？”
我都很无奈耶~
朋友们，现在你们知道了厚？
不要以为我长不大。。

玩Plant vs. Zombie得到的启示~

送给有玩Plant vs. Zombies (植物大战僵尸) 的朋友们。。
这些都是从这个游戏里得到的启示哦~很可爱的图画，加上我的一些说明，希望大家喜欢~！

~Homemade Snow Skin Mooncake~冰皮月饼

Just a few simple steps to make snow skin mooncake ooo~
I've tried & like to share here~

This is my first time, dun mind if the shape is not beautiful ooo~ =)

The filling inside can buy from ingredient's shop...

Skin's recipe:
120g Ko Fun (糕粉)
50g Shortening (白奶油)
100g Icing Sugar (糖粉) or more depends on different people's taste
140ml warm water (温水)
Essence - Pandan & Yam (small amount is enough to increase it's colour & taste)

1. Mix the materials above all together and stir until a dough is formed.

2. Split into 20g per portion, make into thin layer, then wrap in 40g filling.

3. Sprinkle some Ko Fun into the mould before placing the dough in it to prevent it stick to the mould.



4. Remove it out and cool it in the fridge for 2 hours.

The mooncake is done! So simple and easy right? compare to the market price, homemade is always cheaper! =)

The colour of the dough depends on own flavour, i use Pandan (班兰) essence and the other one is Yam essence (芋头)~& the flling i use Tau Sar (豆沙)...simply choose the filling u want such as 红豆沙、绿豆沙、白云蓉、白莲蓉、红莲蓉，绿茶等等~

U can just Do It Yourself at home~!

Around tHe WORLD in 80 days~could u?

I've read an old story book recently…Called “Around The World In Eighty Days”…It is a meaningful book…

The story telling a 40 years old ordinary man, Mr.Phileas Fogg got out many difficulties in his well-planned journey…

But as we all knows, things normally not going as well as you can predict. In the journey, he faced troubles which may delay his journey...

but he is really a man with perfect thinking, nothing can defeat him...

Lastly and the most important part that i like...he found that he complete his journey with 5 minutes late!

this shouldn't had happen!

ANYBODY KNOWS WHY????

BCUZ...

The world turns round on its axis from west to east once in 24 hours.When he travelled eastwards, he moved as well as the world, so he gained a whole day!

this means that he only took 79 days to travelled around the world...

我还是我，不管周遭什么环境；

就算，

我的眼睛，开始看不清楚方向；
我的鼻子，开始闻不着幸福的滋味；

我的耳朵，开始不接受外来的打扰；
我的手脚，开始为无谓的事忙碌着；
我，依然是我。。。

经过那么多事，
我学会长大，学会改变思想；
我学会推翻自己无谓的原则，反其道而行；
我学会明白什么人事物才是我需要关心的；

因为我发现，长大后很多事并不是嘴巴说就可以；
我发现，我在乎的事情并不一定是所有人在乎的；
我更发现，一个难题有千百种解决方式；
可是人往往先选择逃避，选择怨天忧人；
有些人则选择将错就错，因为反正没差；
人非圣贤，孰能无过？

当你们遇到困难时，第一个想到的是什么呢？？
埋怨？生气？逃避？解决？还是无所谓？
说真的，我也一直找不到答案。。。
可是有一天，我无意间得到了答案。。
“When you face a big problem, don’t tell your GOD how big the problem is; Try to tell your problem how big is your GOD.”

我希望我能做到这一点。。。因为我不想被任何事情影响。。。
因为我希望，我不会为了芝麻绿豆般的小事改变原则；
我希望到头来。。。我，还是我~
